Refund & Returns Policy

At BM Wrist & Co, we take pride in offering carefully inspected pre-owned luxury watches. Each timepiece is authenticated and checked for quality before shipping. Because our products are pre-owned and often unique, we maintain a fair but strict returns policy.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms below.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is significantly different from the description
  • The watch is found to be non-authentic (not genuine)
  • The item arrives damaged in transit
  • The issue is reported within 3 calendar days of delivery

Any return request made after this period will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Minor signs of wear consistent with pre-owned watches
  • Incorrect size perception (case size, strap fit, etc.)
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Watches that have been altered, opened, or serviced by a third party after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [your email/WhatsApp] within 3 days of delivery
  2. Provide order details and clear photos/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request within 24–72 hours
  4. If approved, you will receive return instructions

Returned watches must be:

  • In original condition as received
  • With original packaging, box, and accessories (if included)
  • Not worn after the issue is reported

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

If the watch fails inspection or shows signs of use/damage after delivery, the refund may be rejected or partially adjusted.


Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only if:

  • The item is defective or incorrect
  • A replacement of equal value is available in stock

If no replacement is available, a refund will be issued instead.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, authenticity issue), we will cover return shipping
  • In all other approved cases, the customer bears return shipping costs

Important Notes

  • Each pre-owned watch is unique; slight variations are part of its character
  • We strongly recommend reviewing all product images and descriptions before purchasing
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above
